OUR VISION & MISSION
Thank you for your interest in Friends of Roa! Our mission is to support individuals, programs, and community infrastructure projects and to make dramatic improvements in the lives of the people of Roatan. Until now, we have been working on targeted education, health and safety, and clean water initiatives. We have an ongoing commitment to continue with these projects.
At Friends of ROA, we’re passionate about creating an inclusive opportunities and community projects that promote and value diversity of individuals and their experiences. Roatan is a diverse community, so we strive to find members who reflect our unique island culture. We are not affiliated with any particular church or religion, though we work from the point of view of our own respective faiths. We respect the points of view of others in our community and welcome your contribution.
